Pilot Training is a digital magazine dedicated to posting articles regarding pilot training courses, the colleges that offer them, and overall pilot skills. The whole magazine focuses on these subjects entirely and is aimed at beginners and professionals alike.
How Our Team was Born
Executive administrative assistant Michael Lambert is our founder. He used to be a freight pilot but an open heart surgery left him unable to fly again. Since he still was in contact with a group of pilot friends and wanted to stay in the field somehow, he approached us with the idea of putting together a website about pilot training.
We all jumped in at the idea and started brainstorming about what exactly the focus would be. As pilots, we are passionate about everything from the specifics of planes to the latest advancements for flight simulators to learn in.
It was decided in the end that, no matter the topics, we would be working together with Michael on this project.
Pilot Training’s Goals
We decided that we needed to focus on encouraging new pilots and experienced ones to keep their training updated and their skills sharp. Thus this became our main goal and we started writing about the most important training courses for pilots everywhere.
We also wish to stay international, despite being mostly Ireland-based. This is reflected in the information we share, which can be appreciated and used by pilots all across the world. Another very important thing for us is creating a small community with our readers and making them feel at home, for which we created the subscription packages.
If we wanted to improve, we also knew that feedback from fellow pilots who read our magazine was crucial. With this in mind, we made it possible to stay in contact with us through the email address on our Contact Pilot Trainingpage.
We named it that because we do want you to feel free to talk to us and let us know your thoughts and suggestions for Pilot Training.
Keeping up with the articles we upload in Pilot Training will make it easier for you to stay updated in relevant matters regarding the training you can receive as a pilot.
